Giulio Degani, Venice 1903
Giulio Degani worked closely with his father Eugenio until
the latter's death in 1901. This instrument, made two years
later, shows signs of Giulio's new search for an independent
style, using flatter, simpler lines. The scroll, however,
with its deep, flowing lines, remains unchanged |
